On a clean cutting board,place boneless fish & cut into finger size pieces & set aside.
In a bowl,add salt,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,mustard paste,chilli sauce,soy sauce & mix well.
Add finger fish pieces and mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
In zip lock bag,add corn flake,crush coarsely with the help of a rolling pin & set aside.
Place three shallow bowls beside each other,filling the first bowl with corn flour,the second with eggs and whisk well.
In third bowl,add crushed corn flakes.
Now coat marinated fish in cornflour then dip into whisked eggs and coat with crushed corn flakes.
In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry fish on medium flame until golden & crispy.
In a small bowl,add mayonnaise,lemon juice,salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder,lemon zest & whisk well.
Serve cornflake crusted finger fish with lemon garlic mayo sauce!

Ab marinated fish ko cornflour mein coat ker lein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker ka crushed corn flakes sa coat ker lein.
Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur fish ko darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Chotay bowl mein mayonnaise,lemon juice,namak,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder aur lemon zest dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
