Ingredients:
Prepare Mozzarella Balls:
- Mozzarella cheese 200g
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required
- Anday (Eggs) 2
- Dashi bread crumbs 1 & ½ Cup or as required
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Dashi chicken powder 1 tbs
- ali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Marinara Sauce:
- Water as required
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4 large
- Olive oil 2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Dried oregano ½ tsp
- Dashi chicken powder ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
- Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
Prepare Mozzarella Balls:
Cut mozzarella cheese into 1-inch cubes & set aside.
Place three shallow bowls beside each other,filling the first bowl with all-purpose flour,the second with eggs and whisk well.
In third bowl,add bread crumbs,dried oregano,garlic powder,chicken powder,black pepper powder and mix well.
Roll each mozzarella cube in all-purpose flour then dip into beaten eggs then roll in bread crumbs and again dip in beaten eggs,roll in bread crumbs then shape into round shape & freeze for 30 minutes.
Repeat with remining cheese cubes until all are coated.
In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry cheese balls on medium flame until golden.
Prepare Marinara Sauce:
In saucepan,add water and heat it.
Add tomatoes (slightly cut with the help of knife) blanch for 5-6 minutes then strain & remove tomato skin & cut the top.
In blender jug,add blanched tomatoes,puree tomatoes & set aside.
In a wok,add olive oil,onion,garlic and sauté until onions are translucent.
Add red chilli crushed and mix well.
Add tomato paste,mix well and cook for a minute.
Add salt,dried oregano,chicken powder,black pepper powder,sugar and mix well.
Add pureed tomatoes,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes,cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
Add fresh parsley & mix well.
Serve mozzarella balls with marinara sauce & garnish with fresh parsley.

Three dish lein,ek mein maida aur dosray mein anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Third bowl mein bread crumbs,dried oregano,lehsan powder,chicken powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Mozzarella cheese cube ko maida mein coat ker lein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein phir dubara pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker ka bread crumbs mein coat ker lein,round shape bana lein aur 30 minutes kliya freeze ker lein.
Baqi cheese cubes ko bhi aisay he coating ker lein.
Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur cheese balls ko darmiyani ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Prepare Marinara Sauce:
Saucepan mein pani dal ker garam karein.
Tamatar (slightly cut with the help of knife) dal dein aur 5-6 minutes kliya blanch ker lein phir strain ker ka skin ko remove ker lein aur top ko cut ker lein.
Blender jug mein tamatar dal dein aur blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein olive oil,pyaz aur lehsan dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
Lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Namak,dried oregano,chicken powder,kali mirch powder aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pureed tomatoes dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
Fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Fresh parsley sa garnish ker lein,mozzarella balls ko marinara sauce ka saath serve karein.
