Pumpkin Spice Latte (Hot & Cold)

Ingredients:

Prepare Spice Mix:

  • Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
  • Adrak powder (Dried ginger powder) ½ tsp
  • Allspice powder ¼ tsp
  • Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 tsp

Prepare Coffee Mixture:

  • Hot water 2 Cups
  • Instant coffee 2 tbs

Prepare Pumpkin Puree:

  • Kaddu (Sugar pumpkin) peeled & cubes 550g
  • Water 1 & ½ Cup

Prepare Pumpkin Spice Milk:

  • Pakola Full Cream Milk 1 litre
  • Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
  • Prepared spice mix 1 tsp or to taste
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Pumpkin Spice Latte (Hot):

  • Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder)

Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte:

  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream
  • Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder)

Directions:

Prepare Spice Mix:

In a small bowl,add nutmeg powder,dried ginger powder,allspice powder,cinnamon powder,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Coffee Mixture:

In a jug,add hot water,instant coffee,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Pumpkin Puree:

In a saucepan,add sugar pumpkin,water & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until tender (10-12 minutes).

Turn off the flame and blend well with the help of hand blender then strain with the help of strainer, discard the residue & reserve strained puree for later use.

Pumpkin puree ca be stored for up to 1 week in refrigerator.

Prepare Pumpkin Spice Milk:

In a kettle add milk,pumpkin puree (1 cup) & whisk well.

Tun on the flame,add sugar,prepared spice mix (1 tsp or to taste),whisk well and bring it to boil.

Turn off the flame,add vanilla essence & whisk well until frothy.

Pumpkin Spice Latte (Hot):

In serving glass,add prepared coffee mixture,pumpkin spice milk,sprinkle cinnamon powder & serve!

Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte:

In serving glass,add ice cubes,pumpkin spice milk,coffee mixture,whipped cream,sprinkle cinnamon powder & serve!
