Ingredients:
- Kaju (Cashew nuts) 11-12
- Lehsan (Garlic) 3 cloves
- Fresh basil leaves 20g
- Parmesan cheese powder 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice ½ tbs
- Olive oil 3 tbs
- Chicken fillets 400g
- Namak (Salt) to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) to taste
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Olive oil 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium
- Chicken stock cube 1
- Water 1 Cup
- Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
- Olper’s Dairy Cream 200ml (room temperature)
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Farfalle pasta 300g (boiled with salt as per pack’s instruction)
- Parmesan cheese powder
- Fresh basil leaves
Directions:
In a spice mixer,add cashew nuts,garlic & blend well.
Add fresh basil leaves,parmesan cheese powder,salt,black pepper powder,lemon juice,olive oil & blend to make a paste.Pesto sauce is ready!
Cut chicken fillets from the center.
Sprinkle salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder on both sides of chicken fillets & rub evenly.
On a cast iron pan,heat cooking oil and cook chicken fillets on medium flame from both sides until golden (6-8 minutes) then cut in cubes & set aside.
In a wok,add olive oil,garlic & mix well.
Add capsicum and mix well.
Add chicken stock cube,water,mix well & bring it to boil.
Add milk,cream & whisk well.
Add black pepper powder,salt and whisk well.
Add prepared pesto sauce,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add boiled pasta,cooked chicken & mix well.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese powder,garnish with fresh basil leaves & serve!

Chicken fillets ko center mein sa cut ker lein.
Chicken fillets ki dono sides per namak,kali mirch powder aur lehsan powder dal ker evenly rub ker lein.
Cast iron pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken fillets ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes) phir cubes mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein olive oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken stock cube aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Doodh aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Kali mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Tayyar pesto sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Boiled pasta aur cooked chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Parmesan cheese powder dal dein aur fresh basil leaves sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
