Ingredients:
Prepare Crust:
- Oreo biscuits 200g
- Makhan (Butter) melted 4 tbs
Prepare Cheese Cake:
- White cooking chocolate chopped 150g
- Cream cheese 400g
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
- Ice cubes
- Olper’s Diary Cream chilled 350ml
- Icing sugar ½ Cup
- Oreo biscuits roughly chopped 12-15 or as required
Prepare Ganache:
- Milk chocolate chopped 120g
- Olper’s Diary Cream 120ml
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
- Olper’s Diary Cream whipped
- Oreo biscuits
- Melted chocolate
- Crumbled biscuit
Directions:
Prepare Crust:
In a chopper,add oreo biscuits & process until finely crushed.
Add melted butter and process until well combined.
In 8-inch springform baking pan,add crumble mixture & press firmly down into the base to create an even layer and refrigerator until set (1 hour).
Prepare Cheese Cake:
In a bowl,add white cooking chocolate and microwave for a minute,mix well & set aside.
In a bowl,add cream cheese,melted white chocolate,vanilla essence,salt & beat until soft peaks form & set aside.
In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.
Add icing sugar & beat until soft peaks form.
Now add cream cheese & white chocolate mixture and beat until well combined.
Add oreo biscuits & fold gently.
Now pour the cream mixture over the cake layer in the springform pan,tap few times & spread evenly and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Prepare Ganache:
In a bowl,add milk chocolate,cream,salt & microwave for 40 seconds then mix until well combined.
Pour prepared ganache over the cake & refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Remove springform pan and decorate with whipped cream,oreo biscuits,melted chocolate & crumbled biscuit.
Cut into desired slices & serve!

Bowl mein white cooking chocolate dal ker ek minute kliya microwave ker lein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein cream cheese,melted white chocolate,vanilla essence aur namak dal dein aur soft peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Large bowl mein ice cubes dal dein aur upper sa ek aur bowl rakh dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Icing sugar dal dein aur soft peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Ab cream cheese & white chocolate mixture dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Oreo biscuits dal ker gently fold ker lein.
Cream mixture ko cake ka upper springform pan mein dal dein,few times tap karein aur evenly phleela ker 4 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Prepare Ganache:
Bowl mein milk chocolate,cream aur namak dal ker 40 seconds kliya microwave ker lein phir ache mix ker lein.
Cake ka upper ganache ko dal dein aur 3-4 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Springform ko remove ker lein,whipped cream,oreo biscuits,melted chocolate aur crumbled biscuit sa decorate ker lein.
Desired slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
