Ingredients:
Prepare Beef Steak:
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Soy sauce 2 tbs
- Olive oil 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Fresh thyme 2 small stems
- Fresh rosemary 8-10 leaves
- Beef steak Ribeye 2 pieces (350g) Substitute: Sirloin, tenderloin or T-bone
- Makhan (Butter) 3-4 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 1 tbs
- Fresh thyme 1-2 stem
- Fresh rosemary 8-10 leaves
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
- Namak (Salt) to taste
Prepare Sauteed Spinach:
- Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 1 tbs
- Palak (Baby spinach) leaves 100g
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
- Namak (Salt) to taste
Prepare Mashed Potato:
- Aalo (Potatoes) cubes & boiled ½ kg
- Makhan (Butter) 4-5 tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Doodh (Milk) hot ¼ Cup
- Makhan (Butter)
- Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
Prepare Beef Steak:
In a bowl,add worcestershire sauce,lemon juice,soy sauce,olive oil,garlic,onion powder,salt,black pepper crushed & mix well.
Add fresh thyme,fresh rosemary & mix well.
Add beef steaks & mix well,cover with cling film & marinate for 30 minutes.
On a cast iron pan,add butter & let it melt.
Add marinated steak & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add garlic,fresh thyme,fresh rosemary and fry until light golden and basting beef steak with oil.
On beef steak,add salt & black pepper crushed,flip the side & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes and basting beef steak with oil.
Prepare Sauteed Spinach:
In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
Add garlic & fry until light golden.
Add baby spinach leaves,mix well & sauté until spinach is wilted (2-3 minutes).
Add black pepper crushed,salt,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Mashed Potato:
In a bowl,add boiled potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.
Add butter,black pepper crushed,salt,garlic powder & mix well.
Add hot milk & mix well.
On a serving plate,place beef steak,mashed potato topped with butter & fresh parsley,add sauteed spinach & serve with 7up!

Beef steaks dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Cast iron pan mein makhan dal ker melt karein.
Marinated steak dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Lehsan,fresh thyme aur fresh rosemary dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein aur beef steak per oil daltay rahein.
Beef steak per namak aur kali mirch crushed dal dein,side ko flip ker lein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein aur beef steak per oil daltay rahein.
Prepare Sauteed Spinach:
Frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Baby palak leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur palak wilted ho janay tak sauté ker lein (2-3 minutes).
Kali mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Mashed Potato:
Bowl mein boiled aalo dal ker masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
Makhan,kali mirch crushed,namak aur lehsan powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Garam doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Serving plate mein beef steak,mashed potato dal ker upper sa makhan aur fresh parsley dal dein, sautéed spinach dal dein aur 7up ka saath serve karein!
