Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Monsalwa Chicken Seekh Kabab 6 pieces
Prepare Pizza Dough:
- Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tsp
- Warm water 1 Cup
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
- Milk powder 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
Assembling:
- Pizza sauce 1 tbs or as required
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & chopped
- Black olives sliced
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 2
- Doodh (Milk) ½ tbs
- Dried oregano
Directions:
In a frying pan,add cooking oil & fry chicken seekh kabab on medium flame until golden brown (2-3 minutes) & set aside.
Prepare Pizza Dough:
In a small jug,add instant yeast,caster sugar,warm water and mix well,cover & let it proof for 5 minutes.
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,milk powder,salt & mix well.
Add cooking oil and mix well until it crumbles.
Gradually add yeast mixture and knead until dough is formed.
Grease dough with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1.5 hours (warm place).
Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough again until smooth.
Grease hands with cooking oil & knead again,make a dough log & divide into 6 portions.
Take one portion (100g) and make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin (10 x 7 inch).
On one side of rolled dough,add & spread pizza sauce,add onion,capsicum,tomato,black olives,cheddar cheese,fried seekh kabab & mozzarella cheese.
Apply water on the edges of rolled dough,fold the sides then roll out the dough and place cuts on rolled dough.
On a baking tray,greased and dusted with flour & place seekh kabab pizza rolls.
In egg yolks,add milk & whisk well.
Brush it on pizza rolls & sprinkle dried oregano (makes 6).
Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15-18 minutes.
Serve with tomato ketchup.

Chotay jug mein khameer,bareek cheeni aur neem garam pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minutes proof hunay kliya rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida,milk powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cooking oil dal dein aur crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka yeast mixture shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Dough ko cooking oil sa grease ker lein aur dhak ker 1.5 hours proof hunay kliya rakh dein (warm place).
Maida chirak dein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.
Haathon ko cooking oil se grease karein aur dubara ghond lein,dough ka log bana lein aur 6 portions mein divide ker lein.
Ek portion lein (100g) aur ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (10 x 7 inch).
Dough ki ek side per pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein,pyaz,shimla mirch,tamatar,black olives,cheddar cheese,fried seekh kabab aur mozzarella cheese dal dein.
Rolled dough ki edges per pani laga lein aur dough ki sides ko fold ker ka dough ko roll ker lein aur cuts laga lein.
Baking tray ko grease ker ka maida chirak dein aur seekh kabab pizza rolls rakh dein.
Anday ki zardi mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Pizza rolls per brush ki madad sa laga lein aur dried oregano chirak dein (makes 6).
Preheated oven mein 180C per 15-18 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein.
