Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes 350g
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Dried parsley ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Olive oil 1 tbs
- Boiling water as required
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4-5 medium
- Olive oil ½ tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) small cubes 1 medium
- Olive oil 3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Dried basil 1 tsp
- Dried parsley 1 tsp
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Tomato puree 1 & ½ tbs
- Chicken stock 1 Cup
- Cream ¾ Cup
- Penne pasta 350g (boiled with salt as per pack’s instruction)
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
- Dried parsley
Directions:
In a bowl,add chicken,ginger garlic paste,paprika powder,black pepper powder,dried parsley,salt & olive oil,mix well,cover & marinate for 15-20 minutes.
In boiling water,add tomatoes (slightly cut with the help of knife) blanch for 3-4 minutes then strain, remove tomato skin & chop roughly.
In chopper,add tomatoes,puree tomatoes & set aside.
In a wok,add olive oil & marinated chicken,mix well until it changes color & cook until tender (approx.5-6 minutes).
Add capsicum,mix well for a minute then take out in a bowl & set aside.
In the same wok,add olive oil,onion,garlic,mix well & cook until onions are translucent.
Add pureed tomatoes,mix well & cook for a minute.
Add salt,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,dried basil,dried parsley,paprika powder,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato puree and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
Add chicken stock & mix well.
Add cream,mix well & cook for a minute & set aside.
In baking dish,add boiled pasta,cooked chicken,prepared creamy sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & dried parsley.
Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 10 minutes (on top grill).

Directions:
Bowl mein chicken,adrak lehsan paste,paprika powder,kali mirch powder,dried parsley,namak aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Boiling water mein tamatar (slightly cut with the help of knife) dal ker 3-4 minutes kliya blanch ker lein phir strain ker ka skin ko remove ker lein aur roughly chop ker lein.
Chopper mein tamatar dal ker puree tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein olive oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein aur pak janay tak paka lein (approx.5-6 minutes).
Shimla mirch dal dein aur ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein & bowl mein nikal ker side per rakh dein.
Us he karahi mein olive oil,pyaz aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz translucent hunay tak paka lein.
Pureed tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Namak,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,dried basil,dried parsley aur paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Tomato puree dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
Chicken stock dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute liya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Baking dish mein boiled pasta dal dein,cooked chicken,tayyar creamy sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & dried parsley dal dein.
Preheated oven mein 170C per 10 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on top grill).
