Ingredients:
Prepare Garlic Butter Mixture:
- Anday (Eggs) 2
- Pakola Full Cream Milk ¾ Cup (room temperature)
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Dried parsley 1 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) melted 100g
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs
Prepare Bread Dough:
- Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
- Pakola Full Cream Milk ½ Cup
- Hot water ¼ Cup
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
- Milk powder ¼ Cup
- Anda (Egg) 1 (room temperature)
- Makhan (Butter) melted 4 tbs
- Pakola Full Cream Milk
Prepare Cream Cheese Filling:
- Cream cheese 200g
- Mayonnaise 100g
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs
- Breadcrumbs
Directions:
Prepare Garlic Butter Mixture:
In a bowl,add eggs,milk,garlic,dried parsley,butter,caster sugar,whisk well & set aside.
Prepare Bread Dough:
In a jug,add instant yeast,caster sugar,milk,hot water & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5 minutes & set aside.
In flour kneading machine,attach paddle attachment,add all-purpose flour,caster sugar,baking powder,salt,milk powder & mix well to combine.
Add egg,butter,yeast mixture & knead well.
Now switch to dough hook attachment & knead until smooth dough is formed (18-20 minutes).
Grease dough with melted butter,cover with cling wrap & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
Once the dough has doubled,punch it down and knead again to a soft dough,take a small dough (115g) and make a ball,spread evenly,tuck & roll each piece of dough into a smooth,tight ball.
Place the buns on a baking tray lined with butter paper,cover with kitchen cloth & let it proof for 30 minutes or until double in size.
Apply milk with the help of brush on top of the buns & bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 22 minutes (on lower grill).
Take out from oven & let them cool for 15 minutes.
Prepare Cream Cheese Filling:
In a bowl,add cream cheese, mayonnaise, caster sugar & whisk until well combined then transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until use.
When the bread is cool enough to handle,cut each bread into 6 equal wedges (make sure to not completely cut through the bread and stay intact).
After the bread has been cut,pipe a rope of cream cheese filling in between each wedge and dip the entire bread into prepared garlic butter mixture.
Repeat with all the breads (makes 7) and arrange them on baking tray lined with butter paper.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on each bread & bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10 minutes or until golden brown (on upper grill).

Prepare Bread Dough:
Jug mein khameer,bareek cheeni,doodh aur garam pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minutes proof hunay kliya chor dein & side per rakh dein.
Flour kneading machine mein maida,bareek cheeni,baking powder,namak aur milk powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Anda,makhan aur yeast mixture dal ker ache tarhan knead ker lein.
Ab dough hook laga lein aur 18-20 minutes kliya ya dough smooth hunay tak ache tarhan ghond lein.
Dough ko melted makhan sa grease ker lein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 1 hour proof hunay kliya rakh dein (warm place).
Jab dough double ho jaye tou punch down ker ka dough ko soft hunay tak dubara ghond lein,chota dough (115g) le ker ball bana mein aur evenly pheela ker tuck aur roll ker lein aur smooth & tight ball bana lein.
Buns ko baking tray (lined with butter pare) per rakh dein (about 2-3 inches from each other) aur kitchen towel sa dhak ker 30 minutes ya size double hunay tak proof ker lein.
Buns ka upper brush ki madad sa doodh laga lein aur preheated oven mein 180 C per 22 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on lower grill).
Oven sa nikal lein aur 15 minutes kliya thanda ker lein.
Prepare Cream Cheese Filling:
Bowl mein cream cheese,mayonnaise aur bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein phir piping bag mein transfer ker lein aur use kernay kernay tak refrigerate ker lein.
Jab bread thandi ho jaye tou bread ko 6 equal wedges mein cut ker lein (make sure to not completely cut through the bread and stay intact).
Cream cheese filling ko wedges ka ander bhar dein aur tayyar garlic butter mixture mein dip ker lein.
