Ice cream soda floats 3-ways

Ingredients:

Pineapple Icecream Float:

  • Pineapple sliced 1 & ½ Cup
  • Sugar 3-4 tbs
  • Water 1 & ½ Cup
  • Vanilla icecream 3 scoops
  • 7up
  • Pineapple slice
  • Khopra (Desiccated coconut)

Pomegranate & Strawberries Icecream Float:

  • Pomegranate seeds 1 Cup
  • Strawberries sliced ½ Cup
  • Sugar 3-4 tbs
  • Water 1 & ½ Cup
  • Vanilla icecream 3 scoops
  • 7up
  • Pomegranate seeds

Mango Icecream Float:

  • Mango puree 1 & ½ Cup
  • Sugar 3-4 tbs
  • Vanilla icecream 3 scoops
  • 7up
  • Mango cubes

Directions:

Pineapple Icecream Float:

In a saucepan,add pineapple,sugar,water and mix well,bring it to boil and cook on low flame for 7-8 minutes.

Turn off the flame & blend well with the help of blender.

Turn on the flame & cook on low flame until syrup thickens (5-6 minutes).

Let it cool.

Assembling:

In a serving glass,add vanilla icecream,prepared pineapple syrup 2 tbs,7up & stir.

Garnish with pineapple slice,desiccated coconut & serve!

Serves 3-4

Pomegranate & Strawberries Icecream Float:

In a saucepan,add pomegranate seeds,strawberries,sugar,water and mix well,bring it to boil and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.

Turn off the flame & blend well with the help of blender.

Turn on the flame & cook on low flame until syrup thickens (5-6 minutes) then strain with the help of strainer.

Let it cool.

Assembling:

In a serving glass,add vanilla icecream,prepared pomegranate syrup 2 tbs,7up & stir.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds & serve!

In a saucepan,add mango puree,sugar and mix well,bring it to boil and cook on low flame until syrup thickens (6-8 minutes).

Let it cool.

Assembling:

In a serving glass,add vanilla icecream,prepared mango puree 2 tbs,7up & stir.

Garnish with mango cubes & serve!
