Chop white chocolate with the help of knife & set aside.
In a saucepan,add water,bring it to boil and place a heat proof bowl over it.
Add chopped white chocolate,cream & whisk well until smooth.
Let it cool.
In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream,peppermint essence & beat until stiff peaks form.
Add white chocolate & cream mixture & fold gently with the help of spatula and beat for 30 seconds & transfer 1/3rd of the mousse to another bowl & transfer to a piping bag.
In remaining cream mixture,add green food gel color & mix until well combined with the help of spatula & transfer to a piping bag.
In serving glass,add crumbled plain sponge cake & press gently.
Add a layer of white mousse then green mousse & garnish with green & white sprinkles, white chocolate chips & wafer biscuits & serve!

White chocolate & cream mixture dal ker spatula sa gently fold ker lein aur 30 seconds kliya beat ker lein aur 1/3rd mousse ko alag bowl mein nikal lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Remaining cream mixture mein green food gel color dal ker spatula ki madad sa ache tarhan mix ker lein & piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Serving glass mein crumbled plain sponge cake dal ker gently press ker lein.
White mousse aur green mousse ki layer laga lein,green & white sprinkles,white chocolate chips & wafer biscuits sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
