Mousse Cups

Ingredients:

  • White chocolate 300g
  • Water as required
  • Olper’s Dairy Cream 100ml
  • Olper’s Dairy Cream chilled 500ml
  • Peppermint essence ½ tsp
  • Green gel food color ½ tsp or as required
  • Plain sponge cake crumbled
  • Green & white sprinkles
  • White chocolate chips
  • Wafer biscuit

Directions:

Chop white chocolate with the help of knife & set aside.

In a saucepan,add water,bring it to boil and place a heat proof bowl over it.

Add chopped white chocolate,cream & whisk well until smooth.

Let it cool.

In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream,peppermint essence & beat until stiff peaks form.

Add white chocolate & cream mixture & fold gently with the help of spatula and beat for 30 seconds & transfer 1/3rd of the mousse to another bowl & transfer to a piping bag.

In remaining cream mixture,add green food gel color & mix until well combined with the help of spatula & transfer to a piping bag.

In serving glass,add crumbled plain sponge cake & press gently.

Add a layer of white mousse then green mousse & garnish with green & white sprinkles, white chocolate chips & wafer biscuits & serve!
