Ingredients:
Prepare Egg & Cream Mixture:
- Doodh (Milk) warm 1 Cup
- Sugar 3-4 tbs
- Anday (Eggs) 6
- Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Olper’s Dairy Cream 200ml (room temperature)
- French bread 1 large
Prepare Topping:
- Brown sugar powdered 1/3 Cup
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1/3 Cup
- Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 tsp
- Makhan (Butter) 1/3 Cup
Prepare Cream Sauce:
- Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
- Cornflour 1 & ½ tbs
- Sugar 4 tbs or to taste
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Vanilla essence ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
- Olper’s Dairy Cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
- Akhrot (Walnuts) roughly chopped
Directions:
Grease 8 x 12” inch casserole with melted butter & set aside.
Prepare Egg & Cream Mixture:
In a jug,add milk,sugar & whisk well.
Add eggs,cinnamon powder,vanilla essence and cream,whisk well & set aside.
Cut French bread into small cubes.
On a greased casserole,add French bread cubes,pour prepared egg & cream mixture,press gently and cover with cling film & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Prepare Topping:
In a bowl,add brown sugar,all-purpose flour,cinnamon powder & mix well.
Add butter & mix well until crumbled.
Take out casserole from refrigerator & remove cling film.
Sprinkle the prepared topping over the soaked bread & bake in preheated oven at 180C for 35-40 minutes (both grills on).
Take out from oven & let it cool for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare Cream Sauce:
In a saucepan,add milk,cornflour,sugar & whisk well.
Turn on the flame & cook on medium flame until sauce is thick & mix continuously.
Add butter,vanilla essence,salt & whisk well.
Turn off the flame,add cream & whisk until well combined.
Let it cool completely and transfer to a squeeze bottle.
Drizzle prepared cream sauce and add walnut.
Cut into pieces & serve!

French bread ko small cubes mein cut ker lein.
Greased casserole mein French bread cubes aur tayyar egg & cream mixture dal ker gently press ker lein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 30 minutes kliya refrigerator mein rakh dein.
Prepare Topping:
Bowl mein brown sugar,maida aur darchini powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Makhan dal ker crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Casserole ko refrigerator mein sa nikal aur cling film ko remove ker lein.
Tayyar topping ko soaked bread per dal dein aur preheated oven mein 180C per 35-40 minutes kliya bake ker lein (both grills on).
Oven sa nikal lein aur 15-20 minutes kliya thanda ker lein.
Prepare Cream Sauce:
Saucepan mein doodh,cornflour aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Chulha bund ker dein aur darmiyani ancch per sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein & musalsal mix kertay rahein.
Makhan,vanilla essence aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Thanda ker lein aur squeeze bottle mein dal dein.
Tayyar cream sauce ko drizzle ker ka akhrot dal dein.
