Ingredients:
Prepare Green Velvet Cake:
- Pakola Full Cream Milk 1 Cup (room temperature)
- Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ½ Cups
- Cocoa powder 2 tbs
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)
- Cooking oil 1 Cup
- Vanilla essence ½ tbs
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ Cup
- Green gel food color ½ tsp
Prepare Cream Cheese Frosting:
- Makhan (Butter) soften 150g
- Icing sugar 1 & ½ Cup
- Cream cheese 200g
- White chocolate melted 50g
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Directions:
Prepare Green Velvet Cake:
Grease 8” inch baking pan with cooking oil,linen with butter paper & set aside.
In milk,add vinegar,mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.Buttermilk is ready!
On a bowl,place a sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking soda,salt & sift together then mix well & set aside.
In a bowl,add prepared buttermilk,eggs,cooking oil,vanilla essence & beat well.
Add caster sugar & beat well.
Add green gel food color & beat well.
Now add dry ingredients & beat until well combined.
Pour cake batter on greased baking pan and tap few times.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 45-50 minutes.
Take out from the oven & let it cool for 10 minutes.
Remove cake from baking pan & invert onto a wire rack and cool down completely.
Prepare Cream Cheese Frosting:
In a bowl,add butter & beat until it changes color.
Gradually add icing sugar & beat well.
Add cream cheese,white chocolate,vanilla essence & beat well for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until use.
Trim a thin layer from the top of sponge cake with a serrated knife then horizontally cut two layers of cake.
On base of sponge cake,add & spread prepared cream cheese frosting & place top layer of cake over it.
Add & spread prepared cream cheese frosting and frost the outside of the cake with cream cheese frosting.
Decorate the cake with star sprinkles and cake crumbles.
Refrigerate for 1 hour & serve!

Bowl mein tayyar buttermilk,anday,cooking oil aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan beat karein.
Green gel food color dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Ab dry ingredients dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Tayyar batter ko greased baking pan mein dal dein aur few times tap karein.
Preheated oven mein 180 C per 45-50 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Oven sa nikal lein aur 10 minutes kliya thanda ker lein.
Oven ko baking pan sa nikal lein aur wire rack per rakh ker completely thnad ker lein.

Bowl mein makhan dal dein aur color change hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka icing sugar dal dein aur ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Cream cheese,whote chocolate cake aur vanilla essence dal ker 2-3 minutes kliya ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Piping bag mein dal dein aur use kernay kernay tak refrigerator mein rakh dein.
Sponge cake ki top layer ko serrated knife ki madad sa trim karein aur horizontally do cake ki layer cut ker lein.
Sponge cake ki base per cream cheese frosting dal ker pheela lein aur upper sa top cake layer rakh dein.
Cream cheese frosting dal ker pheela lein aur puray cake ko cream cheese frosting sa cover ker lein.
Cake ko star sprinkles aur cake crumbles sa decorate ker lein.
1-hour kliya refrigerate ker lein & serve karein.
