In a wok,add milk & bring it to boil.
On low flame,add sugar,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved.
Turn off the flame & let it rest for 1-2 minutes.
Add vanilla essence,cream & whisk well.
Let it cool completely then strain well with the help of the strainer.
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container,cover the surface with cling film and lid & freeze for 8 hours or overnight in freezer.
Take out from the freezer,remove cling wrap & let it rest for 2 minutes.
Cut ice cream into cubes with the help of the knife.
In chopper,add ice cream and chop well until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into an airtight container,cover the surface with cling film and lid & freeze for 8 hours.
Once frozen completely,scoop out & serve!

Freezer sa nikal lein aur cling film ko remove ker lein aur 2 minute kliya rest dein.
Knife ki madad sa ice cream ko cubes mein cut ker lein.
Chopper mein ice cream dal dein aur smooth hunay tak ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Airtight container mein dal dein,surface ko cling film sa cover ker ka lid laga lein aur 8 hours kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein.
Jab freeze ho jaye tou scoop nikal ker serve karein!
