Peel raw mangoes with the help of peeler then cut into wedges or cubes.
In a wok,add raw mango slices and water,bring it to boil and boil until 3/4th done (10-12 minutes) then strain.
On boiled raw mangoes,add sugar and lemon juice and stir gently until sugar melts.Keep stirring in between until sugar melts.
Add cinnamon sticks,cloves,green cardamom and saffron strands,mix well,cover and cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes then cook uncovered until sugar syrup is one string consistency thick.
Let it cool.
Can be stored in dry & clean jar for up to 1 month in the refrigerator.

Boiled keri mein cheeni aur lemon juice dal dein aur cheeni melt hunay tak gently stir ker lein.Cheeni melt ho janay tak bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Darchini,laung,hari elaichi aur zafran dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein phir uncovered sheera one string consistency garha ho janay tak paka lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Dry & clean jar mein dal ker 1 month kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
