In a bowl,add mutton,fried onion,achar gosht masala,garam masala powder,kashmiri lal mirch powder,ginger garlic paste,yogurt & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
In a pot,add cooking oil,tomatoes,mix well & cook until tomatoes are soft (2-3 minutes).
Now add marinated mutton,mix well & cook until oil separates (6-8 minutes).
Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until meat is tender (40-45 minutes).
In a small bowl,add coriander powder,fennel seeds powder,cumin powder,nigella seeds,salt,garam masala powder,khatai powder,lemon juice & mix well.
Slit green chillies from the center,remove seeds and stuffed with prepared spice mix.
In a pot,add stuffed green chillies,cover & simmer on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
Serve with naan.
Bowl mein mutton,fried pyaz,achar gohst masala,garam masala powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder, adrak lehsan paste aur dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Pot mein cooking oil aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
Ab marinated mutton dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (40-45 minutes).
Chotay bowl mein dhania powder,saunf powder,zeera powder,kalonji,namak,garam masala powder,khatai powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hari mirch ko bech mein sa slit laga ker seeds nikal lein aur tayyar spice mix bhar dein.
Pot mein stuffed hari mirchein dal dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
Naan ka saath serve karein.
