In a wok,add milk,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil.
In custard powder,add milk and whisk well.
Now add dissolved custard while mixing and cook until custard is thick (2-3 minutes).
Transfer the wok on a large bowl filled with ice cubes and let it cool completely while whisking.
Add cream & whisk well.
Add raisins,almonds,pistachios,banana,apple,fruit cocktail,mix well & set aside.
In a jug,add hot water,red jelly,whisk until its dissolved & set aside.
In a serving bowl,spread plain sponge cake slices and pour prepared red jelly the cake slices so that the cake is fully submerged in jelly.
Let it set in refrigerator.
Add prepared fruit custard,plain sponge cake,orange juice,prepared fruit custard,colored jelly cubes, almonds, pistachios & serve chilled.

Ek baday bowl mein ice cubes dal ker karahi ko us ka upper rakh dein aur whisk kertay hoye thanda ker lein.
Cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Kishmish,badam,pista,banana,apple aur fruit cocktail dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Jug mein garam pani aur red jelly dal ker dissolve hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Serving bowl mein plain sponge cake slices pheela dein aur upper sa tayyar red jelly ko pour cake slices ka upper pour ker lein.
Set hunay tak refrigerator mein rakh dein.
