Ingredients:
Prepare Meethi Chutney:
- Gur (Jaggery) ¾ Cup
- Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ¼ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Saunf powder (Fennel powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Adrak powder (Ginger powder) ½ tsp
- Water ¼ Cup or as required
- Cornflour 1 tsp
- Water 3 tbs
Prepare Green Chutney:
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 3-4
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Kala namak (Black salt) ¼ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Lemon juice 4 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 Cup
- Podina (Mint leaves) ½ Cup
- Water ¼ Cup
Assembling:
- Macaroni 2 Cups (boiled as per pack’s instruction)
- Safed chanay (Chick peas) boiled 1 Cup
- Aalo (Potatoes) boiled & cubes 2 medium
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped 1 large
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- Spicy chips
Directions:
Prepare Meethi Chutney:
In a saucepan,add jaggery,tamarind pulp,salt,fennel powder,red chilli powder,ginger powder and water,mix well and bring it to boil & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
In cornflour,add water and mix well.
Now add dissolved cornflour,mix well and cook on low flame until thickens (1-2 minutes).
Let it cool down.
Prepare Green Chutney:
In a blender jug,add garlic,green chillies,cumin seeds,black salt,salt,lemon juice,fresh coriander,mint leaves,water,blend well & set aside.
Assembling:
In a bowl,add macaroni,chickpeas,potatoes,onion,tomato,green chilli,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed, chaat masala,prepared green chutney (2 tbs),prepared meethi chutney (2 tbs) & mix well.
In a serving dish,add macaroni chaat,prepared meethi chutney,prepared green chutney,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,fresh coriander,spicy chips & serve!

Directions:
Prepare Meethi Chutney:
Saucepan mein gur,imli pulp,namak,saunf powder,lal mirch powder,adrak powder aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein aur darmiyani ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Ad dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes).
Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Green Chutney:
Blender jug mein lehsan,hari mirchein,zeera,kala namak,namak,lemon juice,hara dhania,podina aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Bowl mein macaroni,safed chanay,aalo,pyaz,tamatar,hari mirch,zeera,lal mirch crushed,chaat masala,tayyar hari chutney (2 tbs) aur tayyar meethi chutney (2 tbs) dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Serving dish mein macaroni chaat,tayyar meethi chutney,tayyar hari chutney,lal mirch crushed,zeera, hara dhania aur spicy chips dal ker serve karein!
