Ingredients:
Prepare Achari Chicken Filling:
- Water as required
- Boneless chicken 500g
- Soy sauce 2 tbs
- Vinegar 1 tbs
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Achar gosht masala 2 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Tomato ketchup ¼ Cup
Prepare Achari Butter:
- Makhan (Butter) melted 3 tbs
- Achar gosht masala 1 tbs
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
Assembling:
- Slider buns 12
- Mayonnaise
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozzarella cheese slices 9
Directions:
Prepare Achari Chicken Filling:
In a saucepan,add water,chicken fillets,soy sauce,vinegar,mix & bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium flame until tender (8-10 minutes).
Let it cool & shred with the help of fork & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,achar gosht masala,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,red chilli crushed,paprika powder,salt & mix well.
Add shredded chicken,mix well & cook on low flame for a minute.
Add onion,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add capsicum,lemon juice,fresh coriander & mix well.
Add tomato ketchup,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Achari Butter:
In a bowl,add melted butter,achar gosht masala,garlic powder,fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.
Assembling:
Cut sliders from the center.
In a dish,place sliders base (12 pieces),apply prepared achari butter with the help of brush,spread mayonnaise,cheddar cheese,prepared achari chicken filling,mozzarella cheese slices,place sliders top & apply achari butter with the help of brush.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 15 minutes & serve!

Saucepan mein pani,chicken fillets,soy sauce aur sirka dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes).
Thanda ker lein aur knife ki madad sa shred ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil,achar gosht masala,zeera,haldi powder,lal mirch crushed,paprika powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Shredded chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Shimla mirch,lemon juice aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Achari Butter:
Bowl mein melted makhan,achar gosht masala,lehsan powder aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Sliders ko center mein sa cut ker lein.
Dish mein sliders ki base (12 pieces) rakh dein,tayyar achari butter brush ki madad sa laga lein, mayonnaise,cheddar cheese,tayyar achari chicken filling,mozzarella cheese slices aur sliders ka top rakh dein aur tayyar achari butter brush ki madad sa laga lein.
Preheated oven mein 180 C per 15 minuets kliya bake ker lein & serve karein!
