Ingredients:
- Aalo (Potatoes) boiled 4 medium
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
- Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) 1 pinch
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Khatai powder ½ tsp
- Black salt ½ tsp
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium
- Water 2-3 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Safed chanay (Chickpeas) boiled with salt 2 Cups (add with its water approx. ¼ Cup)
- Chickpea water or Plain water 1 Cup or as required
Spicy Green Chutney:
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
- Podina (Mint leaves) 1 Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 & ½ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 5-6
- Lemon juice 4-5 tbs
- Water ¼ Cup or as required
Assembling:
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped
- Tamatar (Tomato) chopped & deseeded
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped
- Spicy green chutney
- Tamarind sauce
- Sev nimco
- Papri
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- Chaat masala
Directions:
In a bowl,add potatoes & mashed with the help of masher.
Add salt,chaat masala,orange food color & mix well.
Heat large griddle,place mash potatoes on one side of griddle and sprinkle fresh coriander on it.
Add cooking oil,green chilli paste,mix well & cook for a minute.
Add cumin powder,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala powder,chaat masala,khatai powder,black salt & mix well.
Add tomatoes & mix well.
Add water,mix well & cook for a minute.
Add fresh coriander & mix well.
Gradually add mashed potatoes & mix well.
Add boiled chickpeas along with its remaining water and mix until well combined.
Gradually add chickpea water or plain water,mix well and cook until desired thickness.
Prepare Spicy Green Chutney:
In a jug,add green chillies,mint leaves,fresh coriander,salt,cumin seeds,garlic,lemon juice and water, blend well & set aside.
Assembling:
In a serving dish,add ragha chaat,onion,tomato,green chilli,spicy green chutney,tamarind sauce,sev nimco,papri,fresh coriander,chaat masala & serve!

Directions:
Bowl mein aalo dal ker masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
Namak,chaat masala aur zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tawa garam karein aur ek side per mashed aalo rakhd ein aur hara dhania chirak dein.
Cooking oil aur hari mirch paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Zeera powder,lal mirch powder,namak,garam masala powder,chaat ,masala,khatai powder aur kala namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka mashed aalo mix shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix kertay rahein.
Boiled safed chanay pani ka saath shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka safed chanay ka pani or plain water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur desired thickness anay tak paka lein.
Prepare Spicy Green Chutney:
Jug mein hari mirhein,podina,hara dhania,namak,zeera,lehsan,lemon juice aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Serving dish mein radga chaat,pyaz,tamatar,hari mirch,spicy green chutney,tamarind sauce,sev nimco,papri,hara dhania aur chaat masala dal ker serve karein!
