Ingredients:
- Onion powder ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Dried oregano ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Chicken fillets 350g
- ooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Olive oil 2 tbs
- Mushrooms sliced ½ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
- Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
- akola Full Cream Milk 2 & ½ Cups
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Dried parsley ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Chicken stock cube 1
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Cream ¼ Cup (room temperature)
- Penne pasta 300g (boiled with salt as per pack’s instruction)
- Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
In a bowl,add onion powder,red chilli powder,salt,dried oregano,black pepper powder,garlic powder, mix well & set aside.
Pound chicken fillets with the help of kitchen hammer from both sides.
Sprinkle prepared seasoning on both sides of fillets.
On a cast iron pan,add cooking oil & grill seasoned fillets on medium flame from both sides until done (5-6 minutes each side) then cut into pieces & set aside.
In a wok,add olive oil,mushrooms & sauté for a minute.
Add capsicum and mix well,take out in a bowl & set aside for later use.
In a wok,add butter & let it melt.
Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
Add all-purpose flour and mix well for a minute.
Add milk & whisk well.
Add red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,nutmeg powder,dried oregano,dried parsley,salt,chicken stock cube,whisk well & cook until sauce thickens (2-3 minutes).
On low flame,add cheddar cheese,cream & whisk well.
Now add stir fried mushrooms & capsicum,penne pasta & mix well.
In a serving dish,add white sauce pasta,place chicken pieces,sprinkle fresh parsley & serve!

Chicken fillets ko kitchen hammer ki madad sa dono sides sa pound ker lein.
Tayyar seasoning ko fillets ki dono sides per sprinkle ker lein.
Cast iron pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur seasoned fillets ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides grill ker lein (5-6 minutes) phir pieces mein cut ker ka side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein olive oil aur mushrooms dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur bowl mein nikal lein aur bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
Maida dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Lal mirch crushed,kali mirch powder,jaifil powder,dried oregano,dried parsley,namak aur chicken stock cube dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
Halki ancch per cheddar cheese aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Ab stir fried mushroom & capsicum aur penne pasta dal ker mix ker lein.
Serving dish mein white sauce paste aur chicken pieces dal dein aur fresh parsley dal ker serve karein!
