Ingredients:
Prepare Vegetable Spring Rolls:
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 2 Cups
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 Cup
- Gajar (Carrots) julienne 1 Cup
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped 1 Cup
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tbs
- Sugar 1 & ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red cilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Chicken powder 1 & ½ tsp or Chicken stock cube 1
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper power) 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Chilli sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Water 1 & ½ tsp
- Cornflour 1 & ½ tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
- Water 2 tbs
- Samosa sheet/Manda patti as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Chicken & Spaghetti Rolls:
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part chopped ½ Cup
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
- Chicken boiled & shredded 2 Cups
- Spaghetti 150g (boiled as per pack’s instructions)
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tbs
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper power) 1 & ½ tsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbs
- Chilli sauce 2 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
- Water 2 tbs
- Roll sheet/Manda patti as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Vegetable Spring Rolls:
In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic and fry until light golden.
Add cabbage,capsicum,carrots,green onion and mix well.
Add salt,black pepper crushed,sugar,red chilli crushed,chicken powder,white pepper powder,soy sauce & chilli sauce,mix & toss well.
In water,add cornflour and mix well.
Now add dissolved cornflour and mix well for a minute.
Let it cool.
In a small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water and whish well.Flour slurry is ready.
Take roll sheet/manda patti,add prepared vegetable filling,fold over the sides,roll up and apply all-purpose flour slurry.
Prepare the remaining rolls similarly (makes 18-20).
Can be stored in airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
Deep Fry:
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown & crispy.
Baking:
Brush oil on spring rolls & bake in preheated oven at 200C for 20-25 minutes (flip in between once after 15 minutes).
Air Fry:
Brush oil on spring rolls & air fry in preheated air fry at 200C for 12-15 minutes flip in between once after 6 minutes).

Add spaghetti,salt,black pepper crushed,white pepper powder,soy sauce & chilli sauce,mix & toss well and cook for a minute.

Pani mein cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Ab dissolved cornflour dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Chotay bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Flour slurry tayyar hai.
Roll sheet/manda patti lein aur tayyar vegetable filling dal ker tamam sides ko fold ker ka roll ker lein aur maida ki slurry laga lein.
Is he tarhan baqi rolls bhi tayyar ker lein (makes 18-20).
