Ingredients:
Dum Chai:
- Water ½ litre
- Tea leaves 2 tbs
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 4-5
- Laung (Cloves) 2
- Sugar 1 & ½ tbs or to taste
- Pakola full cream milk 2 Cups
- Condensed milk 1/3 Cup
- Cream ¼ Cup
Chocolate Chai:
- Water 1 Cup
- Tea leaves 2 tsp
- Cocoa powder 1 tbs
- Drinking chocolate powder 1 tbs
- Sugar 1 & ½ tbs or to taste
- Pakola full cream milk 2 Cups
Malai Chai:
- Pakola full cream milk 2 Cups
- Cream 3 tbs
- Water 2 Cups
- Tea leaves 1 tbs
- Sugar 2 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Dum Chai:
In a saucepan,add water and bring it to boil,add tea leaves,green cardamom,cloves and sugar,mix well and cook for 1 minute.
Cover with aluminum foil & lid and simmer on low flame for 18-20 minutes then strain.
In kettle,add milk,condensed milk and cream,whisk well and bring it to boil and boil on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
In serving cup,add prepared kehwa,sweetened milk,stir & serve!
Serve 4
Prepare Chocolate Chai:
In a saucepan,add water and bring it to boil,add tea leaves,cocoa powder and drinking chocolate powder and whisk well.
Add sugar,whisk well and bring it to boil.
Add milk,bring it to boil and keep stirring with ladle and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
In serving cup,add chocolate tea & serve!
Serves 2-3
Prepare Malai Chai:
In saucepan,add milk,cream,whisk well and bring it to boil and boil on low flame for 4-5 minutes,whisk until frothy & set aside.
In saucepan,add water and bring it to boil.
Add tea leaves,sugar,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes then strain.
In serving cup,add cream milk,black tea & stir.
Add milk forth & serve!

Aluminum foil aur lid sa cover ker lein aur halki ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya paka lein phir strain ker lein.
Kettle mein doodh,condensed milk aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur ubal anay ka bad halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya boil ker lein.
Serving cup mein tayyar kehwa aur sweetened doodh dal dein aur stir ker ka serve karein!

Doodh dal ker ubal lein aur bech bech mein ladle ki madad sa stir kertay rahein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Serving cup mein chococlate tea dal ker serve karein!

Tea leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir strain ker lein.
Serving cup mein cream milk aur black tea dal ker stir karein.
Milk froth dal ker serve karein!
