Ingredients:
Peri Peri Spice Mix:
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste
- Dried parsley 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 2 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Onion powder 2 tsp
- Paprika powder 1 tbs
Prepare Stir fried Vegetables:
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
- Gajar (Carrot) julienne 1 Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
- Corn kernels boiled 1 Cup
- Peri peri spice mix 1 tbs
- Mon salwa Jumbo prawns 1 pack (300g)
- Cooking oil for frying
- Peri peri spice mix 1 tbs
Prepare Sauce:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
- Yakhni (Stock) 3 Cups (substitute: 2 stock cubes dissolve in 3 cups water)
- Remaining peri peri Spice mix
- BBQ sauce 3 tbs
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Penne pasta 150g (boiled as per pack’s instruction)
- Stir fried vegetables
- Parmesan Cheese grated
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped
Directions:
Peri Peri Spice Mix:
In a bowl,add red chilli powder,dried parsley,black pepper powder,salt,garlic powder,red chilli crushed, cinnamon powder,dried oregano,onion powder,paprika powder & mix well.Peri peri spice mix is ready!
Prepare Stir fried Vegetables:
In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,mix well & sauté for a minute.
Add carrot & mix well.
Add onion,capsicum,corn kernels,mix well & stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add 1 tbs of prepared peri peri spice mix,mix well and set aside for later use.
In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry prawns on medium flame until light golden & crispy (3-4 minutes) & set aside.
In a wok,add fried prawns,1 tbs of prepared peri peri spice mix,mix on low flame until well coated & crispy, set aside.
Prepare Sauce:
In a wok,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
Add garlic & mix well.
Add all-purpose flour & mix well.
Add stock,whisk well & bring it to boil.
Add remaining peri peri spice mix & whisk well.
Add bbq sauce & mix well.
Add cheddar cheese,mix well & cook for a minute.
Add boiled penne pasta,stir-fried vegetables and mix well.
In serving dish,add pasta and prawns.
Garnish with parmesan cheese,green onion leaves & serve.

Karahi mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
Gajar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pyaz,shimla mirch aur corn kernels dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya stir fry ker lein.
1 tbs tayyar peri peri spice mix dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur prawns ko darmiyani ancch per light golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein (3-4 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
Aik karahi mein fried prawns aur 1 tbs peri peri spice mix dal ker low flame par achi tarha coat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Sauce:
Karahi mein cooking aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Yakhni dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur ubal anay dein.
Baqi bacha huwa peri peri spice mix dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Bbq sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Boiled penne pasta aur stir-fried vegetables dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Serving dish mein pasta aur prawns dal dein.
