Ingredients:
- Boneless fish surmai (King fish) cubes ½ kg
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Water 1-2 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
- Cornflour ¼ Cup
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Water ¼ Cup or as required
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Cooking oil for frying
- Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
- Plum chutney 2 tbs
- Soy sauce 3 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Brown sugar powdered 2 tbs
- Yakhni (Stock) ½ Cup
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Gajar (Carrots) sliced 1 Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 Cup
- Pineapple chunks ½ Cup
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped ¼ Cup
- Til (Sesame seeds) roasted
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
Directions:
In a bowl,add fish,garlic powder,black pepper powder,salt,water & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,red chilli powder,garlic powder,black pepper powder,salt,egg, gradually add water & whisk well.
Add baking powder & whisk well.
Now add marinated fish and mix well.
In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry fish on medium low flame until golden brown.
In a small jug,add tomato ketchup,plum chutney,soy sauce,vinegar,lemon juice,brown sugar and stock, whisk well & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger & sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add prepared sauces mixture,mix well & bring it to boil.
Add salt,black pepper crushed & mix well.
Add carrots,capsicum,onion,pineapple,green onion leaves,mix well & cook for a minute.
Add fried fish and give it a good mix.
Heat cast iron sizzler plate directly on stove.
On a hot sizzler plate,add sweet & sour fish gravy,sprinkle sesame seeds,onion green leaves & serve with noodles & boiled rice.

Directions:
Bowl mein fish,lehsan powder,kali mirch powder,namak aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Bowl mein maida,cornflour,lal mirch powder,lehsan powder,kali mirch powder,namak,anda aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Baking powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
Ab marinated fish dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur fish ko darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Chotay jug mein tomato ketchup,plum chutnety,soy sauce,sirka,lemon juice,brown sugar aur yakhni dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil,lehsan aur adrak dal ker 1-2 minute kliya sauté karein.
Tayyar sauces mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
Namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Gajar,shimla mirch,pyaz,pineapple aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Fried fish dal ker mix ker lein.
Cast iron sizzler plate ko chulhey per garam ker lein.
Hot sizzler plate mein sweet & sour fish gravy,til aur hara pyaz leaves dal dein,noodles aur boiled rice ka saath serve karein.
