In small jug,add lukewarm milk,sugar and instant yeast,mix well,cover & let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and mix well.
Add egg,cooking oil and mix well.
Gradually add yeast mixture and knead until soft dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 1 hour (room temperature).
Knead dough again until smooth.
Divide the dough,take one part (100g) and make a ball,sprinkle dry flour and roll out in oval shape with the help of rolling pin.
Use sharp knife to cut the dough into strips,apply butter,sprinkle garlic,fresh basil leaves,red chilli crushed then roll,tie into a knot,tucking the ends and let it proof for 15-20 minutes (makes 6-7).
On baking tray,dust dry flour,place knot bread,brush egg yolks and sprinkle red chilli crushed.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 25-30 minutes.

Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Anda aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka khameer mixture shamil karein aur ghond ker naram dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya chor dein (room temperature).
Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara knead ker lein.
Dough ko divide ker lein,ek part lein (100g) aur ball bana lein,maida chirak ker oval shape mein rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Knife ki madad sa dough mein cuts laga ker strips bana lein,lehsan,fresh basil leaves aur lal mirch crushed dal dein phir roll ker ka knot bana lein aur ends ko tuck ker dein aur 15-20 minutes proof hunay kliya chor dein (makes 6-7).
Baking tray mein maida chirak ker knot breads rakh dein,anday ki zardi laga lein aur lal mirch crushed chirak dein.
Preheated oven mein 180 C per 25-30 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
