Ingredients:
- Cooking oil for frying
- Monsalwa Chicken nuggets 1 pack (900g)
- Water as required
- Tamtar (Tomatoes) 2 medium
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
- Mushrooms chopped ½ Cup
- Gajar (Carrots) chopped ½ Cup
- Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Dried basil leaves ½ tsp
- Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ½ tsp
- Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
- Yakhni (Chicken stock) 1 Cup or as required
- Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Bread slices large as required
- Mozzarella cheese grated as required
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
- Dried oregano
Directions:
In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken nuggets until golden brown & set aside.
Creamy Vegetable Sauce:
In saucepan,add water and heat it.
Cut tomatoes slightly with the help of the knife.
In heated water,add tomatoes and blanch for 2-3 minutes & remove skin.
Let it cool.
In grinder,add tomatoes and blend to make a puree & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
Add garlic and mix well for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes.
Add carrots,corn kernels and mix well.
Add capsicum,mix well and cook for a minute.
Now add pureed tomatoes and mix well.
Add salt,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,dried oregano,dried basil leaves,nutmeg powder,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add tomato ketchup and cook until dries up.
In the same wok,set aside vegetable filling and in the center of the wok,add butter and let it melt.
Add all-purpose flour and mix well for a minute.
Add chicken stock and whisk well then mix well all vegetable filling.
Add milk,mix continuously and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.
Cut the corners of bread slices and roll out with the help of rolling pin & set aside.
Assembling:
Grease baking dish with butter,add & spread prepared creamy vegetable sauce,place bread slices then add & spread prepared creamy vegetable sauce,fried chicken nuggets,mozzarella cheese,fresh coriander,red chilli crushed,dried oregano,bread slices,prepared creamy vegetable sauce,fried chicken nuggets,mozzarella cheese, red chilli crushed & dried oregano.
Baking without Oven:
In pot,add 1 pack of salt,place wire rack (min 2“high) and preheat for 10 minutes.
Place bread lasagna,cover and bake in pot on low flame for 18-20 minutes.
Baking in Oven:
Bake in preheated oven at 180 for 15-18 minutes.

Creamy Vegetable Sauce:
Saucepan mein pani dal ker garam karein.
Tamatar mein knife ki madad sa cut laga lein.
Garam pani mein tamatar dal ker 2-3 minutes kliya blanch ker lein aur skin ko nikal lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Grinder mein tamatar dal dein aur blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent huay tak sauté ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker 1 minute kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
Mushrooms dal ker 2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
Gajar aur cron kernels dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Ab tamatar ki puree dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano,dried basil leaves aur jaifil powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Tomato ketchup dal ker mix karein aur sukh janay tak paka lein.
Us he karahi mein vegetable filling ko side per ker dein aur karahi ka beej mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Maida dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Yakhni dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein phir vegetable filling ko ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Doodh dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bread slices ka corners cut ker lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Baking dish ko makhan sa grease karein,tayyar creamy vegetable sauce dal ker pheela lein,bread slices,tayyar creamy vegetable sauce,fried chicken nuggtes,mozzarella cheese,hara dhania,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano, bread slices,tayyar creamy vegetable sauce,fried chicken nuggtes,mozzarella cheese,lal mirch crushed aur dried oregano dal dein.
Baking without Oven:
Pot mein ek pack salt dal ker wire rack rakh dein (min 2“high) aur 10 minutes kliya preheat ker lein.
Tayyar bread lasagna rakh ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya pot mein bake ker lein.
Baking in Oven:
Preheated oven mein 180 C per 15-18 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
