In a wok,add olive oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
Add spinach,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add black pepper powder and mix well.
Take out in a bowl and let it cool.
Add feta cheese,mix well & set aside.
In a small bowl,add yogurt,olive oil,whisk well & set aside.
In a bowl,add fine white flour,salt & mix well.
Add cooking oil & mix well until crumbled.
Gradually add water and knead until medium soft dough is formed.
Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Dust dry flour and knead dough again then divide into three parts.
Take one part & make a ball,dust dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin as thin as possible.
Add and spread 2 tbs of prepared yogurt & olive oil mixture over the rolled dough and flip two parallel sides of dough towards the center.
Add & spread prepared spinach & feta filling,flip the other two parallel sides of dough towards the center and press gently (makes 2).
Heat griddle,place stuffed gozleme & cook from both sides for a minute.
Brush olive oil and fry from both side until golden brown.
Cut into piece & serve!

Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker medium soft dough tayyar ker lein.
Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Atta chirak dein aur dough ko dubara ghond lein phir 3 parts mein divide ker lein.
Ek part la ker ball bana lein aur atta chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa thin bail lein.
Rolled dough per 2 tbs tayyar dahi & olive oil mixture dal ker pheela lein aur parallel sides ko center ki taraf flip ker lein.
Tayyar palak & feta filling dal dein aur parallel sides ko center ki taraf flip ker lein aur gently press karein (makes 2).
Tawa garam karein aur stuffed gozleme dal dono sides sa ek minute kliya paka lein.
Olive oil laga ker dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
