Ingredients:
- Chicken fillets 300g
- Dried oregano ½ tsp
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Onion powder ½ tbs
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
Prepare Alfredo sauce:
- Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Cream 200ml
- Dried oregano ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Hot water 1 Cup
- Chicken cube 1
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Spiral pasta 200g (boiled as per pack’s instructions)
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
- Dried oregano
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Directions:
Cut chicken fillets from the center.
In a bowl,add dried oregano,white pepper powder,black pepper crushed,salt and onion powder,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle prepared spice mix on both sides of chicken fillets & set aside.
In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry chicken fillets form both sides until done (approx. 8-10 minutes) then cut into cubes & set aside.
Prepare Alfredo sauce:
In a saucepan,add butter and let it melt.
Add garlic,mix well and cook for 1 minute.
On low flame,add cream,dried oregano,salt,black pepper crushed,whisk well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
In hot water,add chicken cube and mix well.
Now add it in pot,whisk continuously and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
Add cheddar cheese,whisk continuously and cook until cheese melts & set aside.
Grease baking dish with oil,add boiled spiral pasta,pour alfredo sauce,add chicken cubes and stir slightly.
Add mozzarella cheese,dried oregano and red chilli crushed.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 10 minutes (top grill).

Bowl mein dried oregano,safed mirch powder,kali mirch crushed,namak aur onion powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Tayyar spice mix ko chicken fillets ka dono sides per sprinkle ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur chicken fillets ko dono sides sa fry ker lein (approx. 8-10 minutes) phir cubes mein cut karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Alfredo sauce:
Saucepan mein makhan dal ker melt karein.
Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1 minute kliya paka lein.
Flame halka karein,cream,dried oregano,namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Garam pani mein chicken cube dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab pot mein dal ker musalsal whisk kertay rahein aur halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Cheddar cheese dal ker musalsal whisk kertay rahein aur cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Baking dish ko oil sa grease karein,boiled spiral pasta,alfredo sauce aur chicken cubes dal ker mix ker slightly stir ker lein.
Mozzarella cheese,dried oregano aur lal mirch crushed dal dein.
Preheated oven mein 200 C per 10 minutes kliya bake ker lein (top grill).
