In a bowl,add mutton liver,vinegar & mix well.
Add yogurt,mix well & marinate for 20 minutes.
In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger and mix well.
Add cumin seeds,mix well and fry ginger garlic until golden.
Now add marinated liver,mix well & cook on medium low flame for 6-8 minutes.
Add tomatoes & mix well.
Add red chilli powder,red chilli crushed,turmeric powder,coriander seeds,mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on medium flame until oil separates.
Lower the flame,add cream & mix well.
Add salt,garam masala powder,dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.
Add fresh coriander & mix well.
Garnish with green chilli,ginger & serve.

Karhai mein cooking oil,lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur adrak lehsan ko golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Ab marinated kaleji dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Lal mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,haldi powder aur dhania powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
Halki ancch per cream shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak,garam masala powder aur kasuri meethi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara dhania dal ker mix ker lein.
Add fresh coriander & mix well.
Hari mirch aur adrak dal ker serve karein!
