Ingredients:
- Oreo biscuits 200g
- Makhan (Butter) melted 3-4 tbs
- hocolate cheese cake:
- Milk Chocolate 200g
- Cream cheese 350g
- Icing Sugar ¼ cup
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Whipping Cream (chilled) 200g
Chocolate ganache:
- Milk Chocolate semisweet 100g
- Cream (Hot) 100g
- White chocolate grated
Directions:
In a chopper add Oreo biscuits and chop well.
Add melted butter and chop again until fully crumbled. Set aside.
Take 8 inch size springform pan, add and spread the crumbled biscuits in the pan.
Press and set the crust. Freeze the pan for 30 minutes.
For chocolate cheese cake:
Take chocolate in a bowl, microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. Mix well & set aside.
In a bowl add cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla essence and blend well with the help of blender.
Add melted chocolate and blend until well combined. Set aside.
In a bowl add whipping cream and blend well for 5 minutes or until stiff peak forms.
Add cream cheese & chocolate mixture and mix it well. Set aside.
Add the prepared chocolate cheese mixture on the biscuit crust layer in pan and level with spatula.
Let it freeze for 30 minutes.
For Chocolate ganache:
Add hot cream in a bowl of semisweet chocolate and mix it well.
Microwave for 1 minute & 30 seconds and then again mix well until smooth.
Add and spread even layer of chocolate ganache over the cream cheese layer in pan.
Let it set in freezer for 4 hours.
Sprinkle grated white chocolate over the cake and remove the pan.
Serve chilled.

Chocolate cheese cake:
Bowl may chocolate len or 1 minute 30 seconds tak microwave karen. Mix kar k alag rakhden.
Aik bowl may cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla eseesnce daal kar achi tarah blend karen.
Melted chocolate daal kar dubara blend karen or alah rakh den.
Aik bowl may whipping cream ko stiff peak honay taka chi tarah blend karlen (5 minutes).
Ab cream cheese or chocolate mixture daal kar achi tarah milayen or alag rakh den.
Ab tayar chocolate cheese mixture ko biscuit ki crest layer pe daal kar level karen.
Pan ko 30 minutes k liye freeze karlen.
Chocolate Ganache:
Bowl may semi sweet chocolate len or garam cream daal kar milayen.
1 minute k liye microwave karen or dubara milayen.
Ab chocolate ganache ko cream cheese layer par daal kar phelayen.
Pan ko 4 hours k liye freeze karden.
Grated white chocolate ko sprinkle kar k pan ko remove karden or Thanda serve karen.
