Ingredients:
- Gandum (Wheat) broken ½ cup
- Masoor daal (Red lentil) ¼ cup
- Moong daal (Yellow lentil) ¼ cup
- Maash daal (White lentil) ¼ cup
- Hot Water 1 liter
- Cooking oil ½ cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2-3 Large
- Mon salwa Chicken Tikka boti 500gm pack
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
- Garam masala powder ½ tbs
- Water 1 & ½ cup
- Water 2 liters
Garnishing:
- Pyaz (Onion) fried
- Adrak (Ginger) julienne
- Chat masala
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
- Lemon
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
In a chopper add wheat broken kernels, grind them and take out in a bowl.
Grind red lentil to make fine powder and take out in the same bowl.
Grind yellow lentil to make fine powder and take out in the same bowl.
Grind white lentil to make fine powder and take out in the same bowl.
Mix all of them and add water, mix and soak for 30 minutes. Set aside.
In a pot heat oil, add onion and fry until golden brown. Take out more than half quantity on tissue paper and set aside.
In the leftover fried onion add Mon salwa chicken tikka boti and mix well for 1 minute.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder and mix well.
Add water, mix well and bring it to boil than cover and cook for 12-15 minutes.
Break the chicken into small pieces with the help of spoon.
Blend chicken slightly with help of blender.
Now add soaked wheat and lentils, water and mix well.
Bring it to boil and then cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flame. Then cover partially and cook for 40-50 minutes on low flame while stir in between.
Dish out in a bowl and garnish with fried onions, ginger, chat masala, green chilli, lemon juice, fresh coriander leaves and serve!

Directions:
Chopper may gandum k danay daal kar achi tarah pees len or bowl may nikal len.
Masoor daal ko chopper may daal kar pees len or same bowl may nikal len.
Moong daal ko chopper may pees len or bowl may nikal len.
Mash daal ko chopper may pees len or same bowl may nikal len.
Sab ko milayen or garam pani daal kr 1 ghantay tak phoolnay den.
Pot may tel garam karen or pyaz daal golden fry karlen, aadhi se ziyada fry pyaz bowl nikal len or tissue paper per phaila den.
Baki ki pyaz may Mon salwa chicken boti daal kar 1 minute tak fry karen.
Ginger garlic paste daal kar milayen.
Haldi powder, lal mirch powder, namak, garam masala powder daal kar milayen.
pani daal kar mix karen or boil karlen, dhak kar 12 se 15 minutes tak pakayen.
Chicken ko chotay tukron may tor den or blender ki madad se lightly blend karlen.
Ab bheegay huyi daalon ka mixture daal kar milayen.
Boil anay den or 5 se 6 minutes tak medium flame pe pakayen.
Ab aadha dhak kar 40 se 40 minutes tak dheemi aanch par pakayen.
Serving dish may nikal kar tali hui pyaz, adrak, chat masal,hari mirch, lemon juice or hara dhania daal kar paish karen.
