Heat oil in a pan and add all bones and meat, fry until it changes color, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2 more minutes. Add sliced onion and cook than add all dry spices. Mix and cook for few minutes.
Add water enough to dip all the ingredients. Cover and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes on low flame.
For namkeen gosht with gravy (shorba), once meat is completely tender serve it with gravy (shorba).
For bhunna namkeen gosht , cook meat on medium high flame until water dries and oil separates. It is ready to serve.
Oil garam karain aur mutton hadion samet shamil karke kuch dair bhoon lain . Color change hone par adrak paste aur lehsan paste shamil kar ke 2 minute aur bhoonen. Pyaz shamil karke kuch dair pakayen phir saare khushk masala shamil karke 2-3 minute bhoon lain.
Ab itna paani shamil Karen ke saare ajza sahi se cover hojayen. Dhak kar 1 ghanta 15 min tak halki aanch par pakayen.
Sharba wale namkeen gosht ko gosht gal jane par shorbe samet serve Karen.
Bhunna hua namkeen gosht keliye, pani ko khushk karklen aur oil alaihda hone par serve Karen.
