In a kettle,add water and heat it.
Add cinnamon sticks,cloves,green cardamom,black peppercorns,mix well and bring it to boil.
Add johar joshanda,tea bags and bring it to boil.
Turn off the flame,remove tea bags & strain.Chai joshanda is ready!
In separate kettle,add milk,sugar and bring it to boil,remove from heat and whisk vigorously until milk is frothy (3-4 minutes).
In a serving cup,add chai joshanda ¼ cup,frothed milk ¾ cup,sprinkle cinnamon powder & serve!

Johar joshanda aur tea bags dal dein aur ubal anay dein.
Chulha bund ker dein,tea bags nikal lein aur joshanda ko strain ker lein.Chai joshanda tayyar hai!
Alag kettle mein doodh aur cheeni dal ker ubal lein,chulhay sa hata lein aur doodh ko forthy hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein (3-4 minutes).
Serving cup mein chai joshanda ¼ cup aur frothy doodh ¾ cup dal dein aur darchini powder sprinkle ker ka serve karein!
