Ingredients:
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
- Water 1 tbs or as required
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
- Laung (Cloves) 2-3
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1
- Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1/4 Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
- Mon salwa Chicken Tikka boti ½ pack
- Water 1/4 Cup or as required
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Chawal (Rice) soaked & boiled 1 Cup
Directions:
In small bowl,add paprika powder,black pepper powder,coriander seeds,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,water and mix well.Spice mix is ready!
On griddle,add cooking oil,butter and let it melt.
Add onion and sauté until translucent.
Add cumin seeds,green cardamom,cloves and mix well.
Add green chilli,prepared spice mix,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato,capsicum,fresh coriander and mix well,cover and cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft (approx. 4-5 minutes) then mix well.
Add chicken tikka boti and mix well,cover and cook on low flame 4-5 minutes.
Add water and mix well.
Add fresh coriander,green onion and rice,mix well & serve!
Ajza:

Chotay bowl kein paprika powder,kali mirch powder,dhania powder,garam masala powder, haldee powder,namak,adrak lehsan paste,lemon juice aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Spice mix tayyar hai!
Tawa per cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
Zeera,hari elaichi aur laung dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Hari mirch aur tayyar spice mix dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Tamatar,shimla mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 4-5 minutes) phir ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken tikka boti dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 mintes kliya paka lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Hara dhania,hara pyaz aur chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & serve karein!
