Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Achar gosht masala 2 & ½ tbs
- Lemon juice 3 tbs
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Mozzarella cheese grated 100g
- Cheddar cheese grated 100g
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium
- Jalapenos chopped 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) or Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Dried basil leaves ½ tsp
- Dried oregano ½ tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp
- Pizza sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Cooking oil ½ tsp

Directions:
In a bowl,add chicken,ginger garlic paste,achar gosht masala,lemon juice,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well and cook until chicken is done & dries up (approx. 12-15 minutes).
Let it cool.
In chopper,add cooked chicken,chop well & set aside.
In a bowl,add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,capsicum,jalapenos,fresh coriander/fresh parsley and mix well.
Add black pepper crushed,dried basil leaves,dried oregano,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,pizza sauce, salt,achari chicken mixture,mix well & set aside.
Take a rolled dough ball,sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Add & spread cooking oil and sprinkle dry flour,make a hole in the center of the dough and fold carefully,cut the dough from the side and roll it like swiss roll.
Sprinkle dry flour and roll out dough with the help of the rolling pin.
In the center of the dough,add prepared filling (3-4 tbs),press and seal all edges & prick with skewer to remove air pockets.
Sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin (makes 10-12).
On thick plastic sheet,place rolled paratha and cover with another thick plastic sheets and kept in zip lock bag.
Can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month.
On griddle,add cooking oil and spread it,place rolled paratha,add cooking oil and fry paratha from both sides until golden brown.

Karhai mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur chicken gul janay & sukh janay tak paka lein (approx. 12-15 minutes).
Thanda ker lein.
Chopper mein cooked chicken dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,shimla mirch,jalapenos aur hara dhania/fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Kali mirch crushed,dried basil leaves,dried oregano,zeera,lal mirch powder,pizza sauce,namak aur achari chicken mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Rolled dough ball lein aur atta chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Cooking oil dal ker pheela lein aur maida chirak dein,dough ka center mein hole bana lein aur carefully fold ker lein,dough ko side sa cut ker lein aur swiss roll ki tarhan roll ker lein.
Atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa dough ko bail lein.
Dough ka center mein tayyar filling (3-4 tbs) dal ker edges ko press ker ka seal ker lein aur skewers ki madad sa air pockets ko remove ker lein.
Atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa dough ko bail lein (makes 10-12).
Thick plastic sheet per rolled paratha rakh dein aur us ka upper ek aur plastic sheet rakh dein phir zip lock bag mein dal dein.
1 month tak freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Tawa per cooking oil dal ker pheela lein,rolled paratha rakh dein aur cooking dal ker dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
