In a wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,fennel seeds,coriander seeds,garlic and mix well for a minute.
Add green chilli and mix well.
Add chaat masala,red chilli powder,salt and turmeric powder,mix well and cook for 1 minute.
Add gram flour,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add boiled yellow lentil,fresh coriander,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Let it cool.
Sprinkle dry flour on working surface,place plain paratha and fold all four sides to make a square shape.
Add prepared lentil filling (2 tbs) then fold & seal all the edges to make a kachori (makes 10-12).
In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry kachori on medium low flame until crispy & golden brown.
Serve with tomato ketchup!

Chaat masala,lal mirch powder,namak,aur haldee powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Besan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Boiled mong daal aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Working surface per maida chirak dein aur plain paratha rakh ker charon sides ko fold ker ka square shape bana lein.
Tayyar daal filling (2 tbs) dal dein aur edges ko fold & seal ker ka kachori tayyar ker lein (makes 10-12).
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur kachori ko darmiyani halki ancch per crispy & golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
