Chop spinach leaves,green chillies,onion,tomatoes,mint leaves & set aside.
In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
Add green chillies and mix well.
Add tomatoes and mix well,cover & cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft (approx. 2-3 minutes).
Add red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,black pepper powder and mix well.
Add spinach leaves,mint leaves,mix well and cook for a minute.
Add eggs one by one,mix well and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add mint leaves & mix.
Garnish with green chilli & fresh coriander & serve!

Palak aur podina dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kiya paka lein.
Ek,ek ker ka anday shamil karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein & ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Podina dal ker mix ker lein.
