Ingredients:
- Atta (Wheat flour) 2 & ½ Cups
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Paprika powder 2 tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3 tbs
- Chicken boneless cubes 250g
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1-2 tbs
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
- Ghee melted 1 tbs
Directions:
In a bowl,add wheat flour,salt and mix well.
Add cooking oil and mix well until crumbled.
Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed,grease dough with oil,cover and let it rest for 15-20 minute.
In a bowl,add salt,garam masala powder,paprika powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,yogurt and mix well.
Add chicken and mix well.
In frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes and cook until dries up.
Let it cool.
In chopper,add cooked chicken,fresh coriander,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese and chop well & set aside.
Knead dough again,take a small dough,make a ball & apply melted ghee and roll out longitudinally with the help of rolling pin.
Add prepared chicken filling (2 tbs) on one side of rolled dough,fold the dough covering the chicken filling from the same side & spread melted ghee on the other side of rolled dough and make cuts with the help of knife,fold & press the dough with hands.
Sprinkle dry flour and roll out the dough with the help of rolling pin (Makes 8).
Heat griddle,place rolled dough,apply melted ghee & fry on medium flame from both sides until golden brown.
Serve with yogurt raita!

Cooking oil dal dein aur crumbled hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,dough ko oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 15-20 minute kliya rakh dein.
Bowl mein namak,garam masala powder,paprika powder,dhania powder,zeera,haldee powder,lal mirch powder,adrak lehsan paste,lemon juice aur dahi ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 10-12 minutes aur sukh janay tak paka lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Chopper mein cooked chicken,hara dhania,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan chop per lein & side per rakh dein.
Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur chota dough la ker ball bana lein aur melted ghee laga ker rolling pin ki madad sa lambaye mein bail lein.
Rolled dough ki ek side per tayyar chicken filling (2tbs) dal ker fold ker lein aur dosri side per melted ghee laga per pheela lein aur knife ki madad sa cut laga lein phir fold ker ka haath ki madad sa press ker lein.
Maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (Makes 8).
Tawa garam karein aur rolled dough rakh dein aur melted ghee laga ker darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Dahi raita ka saath serve karein!
