Ingredients:
- Atta (Wheat flour) 2 & ½ cups
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
- Paprika powder ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Soy sauce 2 tbs
- Hot sauce 1 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Honey 1 tbs
- Chicken qeema (Mince) 250g
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Melted ghee 1 tsp
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
- Mozzarella cheese grated 2-3 tbs or as required
- Ghee melted 1-2 tbs
Directions:
In a bowl,add wheat flour,salt and mix well.
Add cooking oil and mix well until crumbled.
Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed,grease dough with oil,cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
In a bowl,add black pepper powder,red chilli powder,red chilli crushed,paprika powder,salt,soy sauce, hot sauce,ginger garlic paste,honey and mix well.Fusion fire sauce is ready!
Add chicken mince and mix well.
In a frying pan,add cooking oil and chicken mince,mix well until it changes color and cook for 8-10 minutes or until dries up.
Let it cool.
Knead dough again,take a small dough (150g),make a ball & sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Spread melted ghee and sprinkle dry flour,cut dough into two halves with the help of the cutter and fold,twist and roll it like a swiss roll and join the edge.
Sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin & set aside.
Roll out another dough with the help of rolling pin,add & spread prepared chicken filling,green onion leaves,mozzarella cheese,place another rolled dough,press & seal the edges (makes 6).
Grease frying pan with ghee & place prepared paratha and prick with skewer,brush melted ghee & fry from both sides until golden brown & serve!

Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,dough ko oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Bowl mein kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,paprika powder,namak,soy sauce,hot sauce,adrak lehsan paste aur honey dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Fusion fire sauce tayyar hai!
Chicken qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein aur 8-10 minutes ya sukh janay tak paka lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur chota dough (150g) la ker ball bana lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Melted ghee dal ker pheela lein,maida chirak dein aur dough ko do hisson mein cut ker lein phir fold ker ka twist karein aur swiss roll ki tarhan roll ker lein aur edge ko join ker lein.
Maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein & side per rakh dein.
Ek aur dough ko bail lein aur tayyar chicken filling dal ker peela lein,hara pyaz leaves aur mozzarella cheese dal ker upper sa ek aur rolled dough rakh dein aur press ker ka edges ko seal ker lein (makes 6).
Frying pan ko ghee sa grease karein aur tayyar paratha rakh ker skewer sa prick karein aur melted ghee laga ker dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein & serve karein!
