Ingredients:
- Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp
- Baisan (Gram flour) 1 tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes 2 medium
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 2 medium
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & cubes 2 medium
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) pureed 2 medium
- Tomato paste 1 tbs
- Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs or to taste
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Cornflour 1 & ½ tbs
- Water 2-3 tbs or as required
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Chawal (Rice) 2 Cups (soaked & boiled with salt)
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tbs
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
Directions:
In a bowl,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,yellow food color,gram flour,lemon juice and whisk well.
Add chicken and mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
Thread chicken pieces into wooden skewers.
On griddle,add cooking oil and fry chicken skewers from all sides until done and cover in between.
Give a coal smoke for 2 minutes.
In a wok,add cooking oil,onions,capsicum,tomatoes and stir fry for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
In the same wok,add cooking oil,garlic and mix well.
Add pureed tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
Add tomato paste and mix well.
Add tomato ketchup and mix well.
Add salt,red chilli crushed,sugar,soy sauce,vinegar and mix well.
Add water amd mix well,bring it to boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
In water,add cornflour and mix well.
Now add dissolve cornflour and cook until sauce is thick.
Add BBQ chicken,stir fried vegetables and give it a good mix.
Garlic Fried Rice:
In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic and fry until light golden.
Add boiled rice & mix well.
Black pepper powder,soy sauce & mix well.
Serve BBQ chicken jalfrezi with garlic rice!

Directions:
Bowl mein dahi,adrak lehsan paste,namak,lal mirch powder,haldee powder,zeera powder,garam masala powder,zarda ka rang,baisan aur lemon juice dla ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Chicken pieces ko wooden skewers per laga lein.
Tawa per cooking oil dal dein aur chicken skewers ko tamam sides pak janay tak fry ker lein aur bech mein cover ker lein.
2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
Karhai mein cooking oil,pyaz,shimla mirch aur tamatar dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya stir fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Us he karhai mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pureed tamatar dal ker 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Tomtao ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak,lal mirch crushed,cheeni,soy sauce aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pani mein cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab dissolve cornflour shamil karein aur sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein.
BBQ chicken aur stir fried vegetables dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

Karhai mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Boiled chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Kali mirch powder aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
