Ingredients:
- Red bell pepper cubes 1 Cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 14-15
- Red African chilli 12-15
- Dried oregano ½ tbs
- Chicken powder 1 sachet (18g)
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Onion powder 1 & ½ tbs
- Paprika powder 1 tbs
- Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 4 tbs
- BBQ sauce 2 tbs
- Cooking oil ½ Cup
- Whole chicken with skin 1 & ½ kg
- Charcoal (Koyla) for smoke
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Dahi (Yogurt) hung ½ Cup
- Mayonnaise ½ Cup
Directions:
Prepare Peri Peri Sauce:
In a chopper,add red bell pepper,garlic,red african chilies,dried oregano,chicken powder,black pepper powder,salt,onion powder,paprika powder,lemon juice,vinegar,BBQ sauce,cooking oil and grind well to make a paste.Peri peri sauce is ready!
Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
In a bowl,add chicken pieces,prepared peri peri sauce (reserved 4-5 tbs for later use) & rub evenly.
Give coal smoke for 2 minutes,cover & marinate for 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Can also be stored in freezer for up to 1 month.
Grease frying pan with cooking oil,place marinated chicken pieces and cook on low flame from both sides until done (approx. 15-20 minutes) and basting with remaining marinade,cover and turn sides in between.
Prepare Peri peri Yogurt Sauce:
In a bowl,add yogurt,peri peri sauce (2 tbs) and mix well.Peri peri yogurt sauce is ready!
Prepare Peri peri Mayo Sauce:
In a bowl,add mayonnaise, peri peri sauce (2 tbs) and mix well.Peri peri mayo sauce is ready!
Serve with yogurt peri peri sauce & mayo peri peri sauce!

2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein aur dhak ker 8 hours ya overnight refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
1 month tak freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur marinated chicken pieces rakh dein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa pak janay tak paka lein (approx. 15-20 minutes),remaining marinade laga lein,cover laga lein aur bech bech mein sides change kertay rahein.

Bowl mein dahi aur peri peri sauce (2 tbs) dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.Peri peri yogurt sauce tayyar hai!
