Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Mon salwa Peshawari Chapli kabab Beef 5
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 2
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Ghee 3 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Cooking oil 3 tbs
- Lukewarm water ¾ Cup or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry chapli kabab from both sides until golden brown then break all the kababs into small pieces with the help of the spoon.
Add garlic,ginger,onion,green chilli,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add cumin seeds,chaat masala,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala powder and mix well.
Add lemon juice & mix well.
Add fresh coriander,mix well & let it cool.
In a bowl,add ghee,all-purpose flour,mix well & set aside.
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,cooking oil and mix well.
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until soft dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Take a small dough (65g),sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Add & spread flour & ghee mixture and fold it like envelope,sprinkle dry flour & again roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Now add chapli kabab mixture (3 tbs) in the center of dough,fold and seal the edges and make a round shape kachori (makes 8-10).
In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry kachori on low flame until golden.

Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur chapli kabab ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein phir kabab ko spoon ki madad sa small pieces mein cut ker lein.
Lehsan,adrak,pyaz aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Zeera,chaat masala,lal mirch powder,namak aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur thanda ker lein.
Bowl mein ghee aur maida dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida,namak aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker naram dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Chota dough (65g) lein aur maida chirak ker rolling ki madad sa bail lein.
Maida & ghee mixture dal ker pheela lein aur envelop ki tarhan fold ker lein aur maida chirak ker dubara bail lein.
Ab dough per chapli kabab mixture (3tbs) dal dein aur fold ker ka edges ko seal ker lein aur round shape kachori bana lein (makes 8-10).
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur kachori ko halki ancch per golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
