Ingredients:
- Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
- Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
- Chicken tikka masala 1 & ½ tbs
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1& ½ tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Chicken boneless cubes 500g
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 Cup
Dough:
- Lukewarm water 1 Cup
- Sugar 1 tbs
- Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Water 3-4 tbs or as required
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
- Dried oregano
- Makhan (Butter) melted
- Dried oregano
- Makhan (Butter) melted
Directions:
In a bowl,add yogurt,soy sauce,lemon juice,chicken tikka masala,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,salt,cumin seeds,green chilli,ginger garlic paste,fresh coriander and mix well.
Add chicken boneless cubes and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
In frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken and cook until chicken is done (8-10 minutes) and cook on high flame until dries up then shred slightly with the help of the fork.
Add onion,capsicum,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes & let it cool.
In small jug,add lukewarm water,sugar and mix well.
Add instant yeast and mix well,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and mix well.
Add yeast mixture and mix well.
Add cooking oil and mix well.
Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed and grease dough with cooking oil,cover and let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
Knead dough again,sprinkle flour and knead again until smooth then cut into pieces.
Now take 80g of dough & dust dry flour over it and roll out with the help of rolling pin into round shape.
Add mozzarella cheese,red chilli crushed,dried oregano & fold into triangular shape and press to seal.
Add prepared chicken filling (2-3 tbs) in the center and fold the corners of triangle & press to seal the edges (makes 10-12).
Apply melted butter & sprinkle dried oregano.
Place them on greased baking tray & bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 22-23 minutes.
After baking,apply melted butter over it,cover & rest for 8-10 minutes before serving.

Directions:
Bowl mein dahi,soy sauce,lemon juice,chicken tikka masala,garam masala powder,kali mirch powder,namak,zeera,hari mirch,adrak lehsan paste aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Chicken boneless dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal dein aur pak janay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes) phir tez ancch per dry ho janay tak paka lein phir fork sa slightly mash ker lein.
Pyaz aur shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein & thanda ker lein.
Chotay jug mein neem garam pani aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Khameer dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Khameer mixture shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cooking oil dal ker mix karein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya rakh dein (warm place).
Maida chirak dein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein phir pieces mein cut ker lein.
80g dough lein aur maida chirak dein phir rolling pin ki madad sa round shape mein bail lein.
Mozzarella cheese,red chilli crushed aur dried oregano dal dein aur triangular shape mein fold ker lein aur press ker ka seal ker lein.
Tayyar chicken filling (2-3 tbs) dal dein aur corners ko fold ker ka triangular shape bana lein aur edges ko press ker ka seal ker lein (makes 10-12).
Melted makhan laga ker dried oregano sprinkle ker lein.
Greased baking tray per rakh dein aur preheated oven mein 200 C per 22-23 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Baking ka bad melted makhan laga lein aur dhak ker 8-10 minutes kliya chor dein & serve karein!
