Ingredients:
Cardamom Tea:
- Water 1 & ½ cups
- Elaichi k danay (Cardamom seeds) ½ tsp
- Chai ki Patti (Tea leaves) 1 tbs or to taste
- Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs or to taste
- Doodh (Milk) Tetra pak 1 & ½ cups
- Condensed milk 2 tbs
Mix Tea:
- Water 1 Cup
- Doodh (Milk) Fresh 2 Cups
- Cheeni (Sugar) 2 & ½ tbs or to taste
- Chai ki Patti (Tea leaves) 1 tbs or to taste
Masala Tea:
- Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 2
- Sabut Kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ tsp
- Laung (Cloves) 1 tsp
- Hari elaichi (Green Cardamom) 1 tsp
- Sonth (Dried Ginger) 1 inch piece
- Daarchini (Cinnamon sticks) 3-4
- Water 1 & ½ Cups
- Chai ki Patti (Tea leaves) 1 tbs or to taste
- Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tbs or to taste
- Masala chai mix 1 tsp
- Doodh (Milk) Tetra pak 2 Cups
Classic Tea:
- Water 3 cups
- Tea bags 5 or to taste
- Doodh (Milk) Tetra pak 1 & ½ cups
- Cubed sugar to taste
Tandoori Chai:
- Water 1 cup
- Doodh (Milk) Fresh 2 cups
- Cheeni (Sugar) 2 & ½ tbs or to taste
- Chai ki Patti (Tea leaves) 1 tbs or to taste
- Clay pots as required
Directions:
Cardamom Tea:
In a pan add water & bring it to boil.
Add cardamom seeds, tea leaves, sugar & mix well. Cook for 1-2 minute.
Add milk, condensed milk & cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame. Set aside.
In a tea cup add cardamom tea and serve hot!
Mix Tea:
In a kettle add water, milk & bring it to boil.
Add sugar, tea leaves & cook for 6-8 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring with ladle. Set aside.
In a tea cup add mix tea & serve hot!
Masala Tea:
In a spice mixer add star anis, black pepper corns, cloves, green cardamom, dried ginger, cinnamon sticks & grind well. Masala chai mix is ready. Set aside. (Can stored in an air tight container for up to 6 months)
In a pot add water & let it boil. Add tea leaves, sugar, Masala chai mix & cook for 2 minutes.
Add milk & let it boil. Cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
In a tea cup add masala chai & serve hot!
Serve hot!
Classic Tea:
In a kettle add water, tea bags & bring it to boil. Set aside.
In a pot add milk & bring it to boil. Set aside.
Serving
In a tea cup add black tea, milk, sugar cubes, stir well & serve hot!
Tandoori Chai:
In a kettle add water, milk & bring it to boil.
Add sugar, tea leaves & cook for 6-8 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring with ladle. Set aside.
Dip clay molds in water for 2-3 hours.
Heat the clay pot on flame. Place the clay pot in a pot & add tandoori coffee in it.
Serve mix tea in clay pots & enjoy!

Ab doodh, condensed milk shamil kar k 4-5 minute tak dheemi aanch pe pakayen.
Chai k cup may garam garam paish karen!
Mix Chai:
Aik kettle may pani, doosh shamil kar k ubal len.
Ab cheeni, chai ki patti shamil kar k 6 se 8 minute dheemi aanch pe pakayen or chamcha chalatay rahen.
Aik chai k cup may mix tea nikal kar garam garam paish karen.
Masala Chai:
Spice mixer may baiyan k phool, sabut Kali mirch, laung, hari elaichi, sonth, daarchini daal kar bareek pees len. Masala chai mix tayar hai. (Isko air tight container may 6 months tak rakh saktay hain)
Aik pot may pani daal kar ubal len.
Ab is may chai ki patti, cheeni, masala chai mix daal kar 2 minute tak pakayen.
Ab doodh shamil kar k ubal anay k baad mazeed 3 se 4 minute tak dheemi aanch pe pakayen.
Chai k cup may masala chai garam garam paish karen!
Classic tea:
Aik kettle may pani, teabags shamil karen or boil honay den. Aik taraf rakh den.
Aik pot may doodh shamil kar k ubal len or aik taraf rakhden.
Aik cup may pehle kali chai, doodh or sugar cubes shamil kar milayen or garam garam paish karen!
Tandoori Chai:
Aik kettle may pani, doosh shamil kar k ubal len.
Ab cheeni, chai ki patti shamil kar k 6 se 8 minute dheemi aanch pe pakayen or chamcha chalatay rahen.
Mitti k pyalon ko pani may 2 se 3 ghanton k liye bhigoden.
Ab aik piyalay ko aag pe har taraf se saik len.
Ab is piyalay ko aik bartan may rakh kar us may chai daal den or ubal anay tak ruk jayen.
