Ingredients:
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp
- Caster sugar 1 & ½ tsp
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Chicken qeema (Mince) 300g
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Dahi (Yogurt) hung ½ Cup
- Cream 2-3 tbs
- Mayonnaise 2-3 tbs
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1/4 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 or to taste
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped ½ Cup
- Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped ½ Cup
- Dill (Soya) chopped 1/4 Cup
- Whipping cream ½ Cup
- Instant coffee 1 tbs
- Icing sugar 3-4 tbs
- Caster sugar 1 tbs
- Instant coffee 1 tbs
Directions:
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,caster sugar and mix.
Add egg,cooking oil and mix well.
Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle all-purpose flour and knead dough again until smooth.
Divide the dough into two equal parts.
Take one part and make a ball,sprinkle all-purpose flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin then cut into large size round circles with the help of the cutter and prick with fork.
Roll the aluminum foil into round shape (2-3 cylinders) and roll prepared dough around it & seal edges with water (makes 16-18).
In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium low flame until crispy & golden brown.
Creamy Chicken & Soya Filling:
In frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken mince and mix well until it changes color.
Add salt,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,garlic powder,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add lemon juice,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes & let it cool.
In a bowl,add yogurt,cream,mayonnaise and whisk well.
Add black pepper powder,salt and whisk well.
Now add cooked mince mixture,green onion,tomato,dill and mix well.
Pipe in prepared creamy chicken & soya filling in shell rolls & serve!
Coffee Cream Filling:
In a bowl,add whipping cream and beat until fluffy.
Add instant coffee,icing sugar and beat until stiff peaks form & set aside.
In caster sugar,add instant coffee,mix well & set aside.
Pipe in prepared coffee cream filling in shell rolls and coat in coffee & sugar mixture & serve!

Directions:

Anda aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Maida chirak dein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak ghond lein.
Dough ko do hisson mein divide ker lein.
Ek part la ker ball bana lein aur maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein phir cutter ki madad sa large circles mein cut ker lein aur fork ki madad sa prick karein.
Aluminum foil ko round shape mein roll karein (2-3 cylinders) aur tayyar dough ko roll ker lein & edges ko pani laga ker seal ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per crispy & golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein (makes 16-18).

Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak,lal mirch powder,zeera aur lehsan powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein & thanda ker lein.
Bowl mein dahi,cream aur mayonnaise dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
Kali mirch powder aur namak dal ker whisk ker lein.
Ab cooked qeema mixture,hara pyaz,tamatar aur soya dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tayyar creamy chicken & soya filling ko shell rolls mein bhar ker serve karein!
