Ingredients:
- Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium
- Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4-5
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 10-15
- Podina (Mint leaves) ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 Cup
- Dahi (Yogurt) thick ½ Cup
- Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs or as required
- Fish of your choice ½ kg
- Pani (Water) as required
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
- Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tsp
- Cooking oil ½ Cup
- Meethi dana (Fenugreek seeds) ½ tsp
- Raidana (Mustard seeds) yellow ½ tsp
- Kary pata (Curry leaves) 7-8
- Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 2-3
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1/4 tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Coconut milk powder 3 tbs
- Pani (Water) 3 tbs or as required
- Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- Hari mirch (Green chilli)
Directions:
In grinder,add onion,garlic,water and grind well & set aside.
In chopper,add green chillies,mint leaves,fresh coriander,yogurt,water,chop well & set aside.
In bowl,add fish,water,salt,vinegar,mix and let it soak for 15 minutes then strain & set aside.
In wok,add cooking oil,fenugreek seeds,mustard seeds and mix.
Add curry leaves,button red chillies and mix well.
Now add grinded onion & garlic mixture and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
Add cumin powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add yogurt & greens mixture and mix well.
In bowl,add coconut milk powder,water and whisk well.
Add prepared coconut milk,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add fish and mix gently.
Add water,cover and cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander,green chilli & serve!

Grinder mein pyaz,lehsan aur pani dal dein aur ache tarhan grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Chopper mein hari mirch,podina,hara dhania,dahi aur pani dal ker ache tarhan chop karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein fish,pani,namak aur sirka dal ker mix karein aur 15 minutes kliya chor dein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein cooking oil,meethi dana aur raidana dal ker mix karein.
Kary pata aur sabut lal mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab grinded pyaz & lehsan mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
Zeera powder,haldee powder,dhania powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein
Yogurt & greens mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Bowl mein coconut milk powder aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Tayyar coconut milk dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Fish dal ker gently mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hara dhania aur hari mirch sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
