Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 large
-Beef mince (Qeema) ½ kg with 30 % fat (finely mince)
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Breadcrumbs 4-5 tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tsp
-Paratha
Gravy:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
-Tomato paste 2-3 tbs
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
-Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs or as required
Potato Salad
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled & cubes 1 Cup
-Gajar (Carrots) cubed & boiled ½ Cup
-Matar (Peas) boiled ½ Cup
-Dill (Soya) chopped 1/4 Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
Directions:
-In bowl,grate onion and squeeze out excess water completely with the help of the hands.
-In bowl,add beef mince,grated & squeeze onion,ginger garlic paste,green chilli,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,red chilli powder,black pepper powder,cumin powder,salt,breadcrumbs and mix well.
-Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make kabab (140g) of equal sizes on metal skewers (makes 5-6).
Option # 1: Grill on charcoal
-Put skewers on burning charcoal and cook from all sides until done (approx. 5-8 minutes) and basting with oil.
Option # 2: Pan Fry
-In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry kababs from all sides until done (approx. 5-8 minutes).
-On paratha,place cooked kabab and roll,trim the ends and cut into wide slices then thread again on metal skewers and cook on burning charcoal or stove for 1-2 minutes & basting with oil.
Gravy:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,butter and let it melt.
-Add tomato paste and mix well.
-Add paprika powder,chicken powder,salt and mix well.
-Add water,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Potato Salad:
-In bowl,add potatoes,carrot,peas,soya,garlic,mayonnaise,black pepper crushed,salt and mix well.
Assembling:
-On serving dish,add potato salad,kabab pinwheels,prepared gravy and garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

-Bowl mein pyaz ko grate ker lein aur ache tarhan squeeze ker lein.
-Bowl mein beef qeema,grated & squeeze pyaz,adrak lehsan paste,hari mirch,haldee powder,garam masala powder,lal mirch powder,kali mirch powder,zeera powder,namak aur breadcrumbs dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko la ker ek jaisay sizes ka kabab (140g) metal skewers per tayyar ker lein (makes 5-6).
Option # 1: Grill on charcoal
-Skewers ko jaltay hoye koyla per tamam sides sa paka lein aur oil basting ker lein (approx. 5-8 minutes).
Option # 2: Pan Fry
-Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur kababs ko tamam sides sa fry kerlein (approx. 5-8 minutes).
-Parathay per cooked kabab rakh ker roll ker lein,ends ko trim ker ka wide slices mein cut ker lein dubara metal skewers per laga ker jaltay hoye koyla ya chulhy per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein aur oil laga lein.
Gravy:
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Paprika powder,chicken powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani dal ker mix karein aur 1-2 minute kliya paka lein.
Potato Salad:
-Bowl mein aloo,gajar,matar,dill,lehsan,mayonnsie,kali mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein potato salad,kabab pinwheels,tayyar gravy dal dein aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
