Ingredients:
- Cream ½ Cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Jaifil (Nutmeg) powder 1/4 tsp
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
- Pani (Water) 2 & ½ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Cayenne powder 1 tsp
- Chicken cube 1-2
- Aloo (Potatoes) peeled & cubed ½ kg
- Pani (Water) as required
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Mon salwa chicken nuggets 10-12
- Cooking oil for frying
- Corn kernels boiled
- Cheddar cheese grated
Directions:
In saucepan,add cream,garlic and mix well.
Add nutmeg powder,mix and cook for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
In saucepan,add butter and let it melt.
Add garlic and mix.
Add all-purpose flour and mix well for a minute.
Add water and whisk well.
Add salt,white pepper power,cayenne powder and chicken cube,whisk well and bring it to boil and cook until sauce thick & set aside.
In pot,add potatoes,water and bring it to boil.
Cover and boil until tender (approx. 20-25 minutes) then strain.
In bowl,add boiled potatoes and mash well.
Now add prepared cream & garlic mixture,butter,salt,black pepper crushed and mix well.
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken nuggets until golden brown then cut into four pieces.
In serving bowl,add mashed potato,corn kernels,fried nuggets,prepared gravy,cheddar cheese,corn kernels & serve!

Saucepan mein cream aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Jaifil powder dal ker mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Saucepan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker mix karein.
Maida dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whish karein.
Namak,safed mirch powder,cayenne powder aur chicken cube dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur ubal anay ka bad sauce garha hunay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Pot mein aloo aur pani dal ker ubal anay dein.
Dhak dein aur gul janay tak boil ker lein (approx. 20-25 minutes) phir strain ker lein.
Bowl mein boiled aloo dal ker ache tarhan mash ker lein.
Ab tayyar cream & garlic mixture,makhan,namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken nuggets ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein phir four pieces mein cut ker lein.
Serving bowl mein mashed aloo,corn kernels,fried nuggets,tayyar gravy,cheddar cheese aur corn kernels dal ker serve karein.
