Its difficult to separate apricots and Hunza, specially after our trip to Hunza. Apricots here are so flavorful and juicy that they are almost like a new fruit for us. Cut apricots and deseed them.
In blender jar,add half quantity of apricots and blend to make a puree.
Chop coarsely 1 cup of apricots & set aside for later use.
In pot,add apricot puree,1 cup coarsely chop apricots,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add sugar,mix well and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
Add lemon juice,mix well and cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes.
Let it cool down.
Transfer apricot jam to sterilize jar & refrigerate until use.
Can be stored in an air tight container for up to 6 months.

Blender jar mein apricots dal dein aur blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein.
1 cup apricots ko coarsely chop ker lein & bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
Pot mein apricot puree,1 cup coarsely chop apricots dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 15 minutes kliya paka lein.
Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 18-20 minutes kliya paka lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Apricot jam ko sterilize jar mein dal dein & use kernay tak refrigerate ker lein.
6 months tak air tight jar mein store ker saktay han.
